We are looking for an awesome Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming clients.

Cart2Cart is №1 e-commerce migration service in the world, one of the first Ukrainian SaaS-services, looking for the best people to join our Sales team and satisfy our client needs.

You’ll get to work with global business owners, e-commerce industry leaders, interesting tasks and great colleagues

What you’ll do:

• Engage with customers via phone, live chats, email and video meetings to push them further through sales funnel
• Communicate with engineers to prepare the best offer and help clients complete the purchase
• Prepare offers and contracts 
• Reach and exceed sales quota

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in sales or other customer related position;
• English level – advanced;
• Ability to handle a lot of communication tasks in a short period of time
• Experience with CRM 

Nice to have:

• Understanding of IT sales process;
• Understanding of software development cycle;
